           Many people live their lives going nowhere and doing nothing, not because they like where they are but simply because they are afraid of change.  Are you are tired of where you are and ready to make positive changes in your life? 

      How am I different?

             Not only am I extensively trained by the Adler Institute (OISE/UofT) as a life coach but I am also a graduate student of psychology. My psychology background allows me to recognize and change harmful thought and behaviour patterns.   I will show you how to effectively manage your life from the inside out.  

            Are you tired of just being listened to by counselors and ready to move on with your life? Repeating and dwelling on our issues can make negative feelings more pronounced.  It can lead to heightened anxiety, anger, frustration which, in turn, leads to sleep problems, health issues, drained energy and an overall negative downward spiral in your life.   As my client, I will be right there beside you helping you create a positive and healthy lifestyle.  My extensive life coach training has taught me to not only support and listen to you but also provide you with practical solutions and strategies to address these feelings/ let them go and move on.   Life coaching is action-oriented and will help you to take the right actions and make the right decisions to find the peace and happiness you deserve.  I know that you have the potential to make this happen!

      Your first session:

      • Will be a 90 minute formal assessment
      • Explores all areas of your life (relationships, career, fun & recreation, money, friends, family, personal development & growth)
      • Discover what your satisfaction level is right now and where you want to be
      • Examines your values (what is important to you right now)
      • Learn what's been getting in the way
      • Examine your thought processes and look for any limiting beliefs, assumptions, harmful patterns of thinking
      • Get your questions answered in person
      All subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes.  At the end of each session you will be given homework and exercises to help forward the learning and growth between session.
