Krista Roesler, owner of Psych Company, is a registered psychotherapist and a professionally trained life coach by the Adler Institute Toronto/OISE (U of T).  She holds a master's degree in psychology and a University of Toronto Life Science's degree focused primarily on psychology.  She is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association and the International Coaching Federation. Krista has more than 6 years experience in the field.

Coaching was a natural progression for me after studying psychology and working in the mental health profession.  I became fascinated by the action-oriented nature of coaching.  I find that looking toward the future is where so many life altering moments occur. My mission is to help you create sustainable growth and learning. I am here to motivate and inspire you but you are the creator of your life and through our coaching journey I will help you find the tools and confidence to discover and be able to get what you want in your life.  Action is key! and making better goals will help you get there.  As my client you will reach your full potential and create the life you have always dreamed about!
I am warm and caring.  Get the support you need at the critical moments when you need it the most.  Change is hard.  Road bumps and barriers are a given.  I will be that person who reminds you of your strengths and helps you through those very crucial challenges where so many give up.

I love working with students and professionals and seeing individuals reach their full potential.  Although, coaching may have it's ups and downs, just as life does, I think that coaching should be an enjoyable experience.  I promise that we will have a great time and we will both look forward to all of your coaching sessions.

Just so you can get a feel for who I am.  Health and physical fitness are a major part of my life. I participate in hot yoga, kickboxing and beach volleyball.  I also have a passion for adventures and exploring new places and cultures.  I believe in walking the talk therefore personal development and growth have always been a major passion of mine.

Effortlessness. Genuineness. Profound Meaningful Connection. Bliss.

These words describe the core of my sessions and what I aspire to achieve in every meeting with our clients. My goal is to have us relate on this level and I am committed to fulfilling this end through as many or as few sessions as are needed.
I do not yield a magic wand nor do I believe in there being a singular quote to uphold as the key to a fulfilling life. Rather I stand firmly by the notion that putting in the work and the time will get you where you need to be. And you will get there.

Admittedly, I was unsure what career path I would take. However, after working with a coach, I came to a better understanding of where my passions originated and what steps I needed to take to fulfill my unique calling. Having arrived where I am with the aid of a coach who helped me see my path clearer, I would like to offer the same assistance and guidance to you so that you might follow your own roadmap, custom fit to meet your unique aspirations.

I have more than fifteen years experience as a coach, psychotherapist, and guidance counsellor. My experience in all these areas has equipped me with a strong sense of how to help others increase self-discovery, self-empathy and be more motivated to seek a more meaningful life. My goal for you is to help you discover your values, strengths - what makes you feel your best. I will help guide and encourage you as you find yourself and a happier life.

My life coaching/therapy style.

As a Co-Active Coach trained at the Coaching Training Institute life coaching structures and frames all the work that I do with our clients. I have found Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is a modern version of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), strikes a perfect balance in my coaching and counselling sessions. Studies support ACT is an effective tool when working with persons suffering with numerous mental health concerns. This includes situations where an individual is experiencing major life changes and/or is struggling with deep dissatisfaction and a longing for more.
I wear different hats in life. I am a mother, a spouse, a friend, a daughter, and a sibling. I am an expressive introvert and a passionate life-long learner. I am driven to assist others in achieving self-understanding, emotional wellbeing and finding a fulfilled and happy life.

My background.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and have obtained the following accreditations: internship at Trent University’s Counselling Centre, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and Registered Psychotherapist with a College of Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario (CRPO).
I have 20 years experience working in independent and public schools as a teacher and guidance counsellor. I have an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education.

In today's office and work environments, merit and hard work alone simply won't do. From steep competition to land your job and then keeping it - and excelling with purpose - the challenges are plenty; since everyone at your office is likely trying to do the exact same thing.

Management mentorship is therefore growing in popularity as a much needed function in our society. Having someone to relate to on similar experiences and to help be that sounding board to help you carve out a personal strategy. With topics that your friends and families may not have the relevant perspective on, or that you may not necessarily want to share with work colleagues or even your extended work networks.

Mark is a dynamic and experienced business, innovation and technology leader. His experience spans executive leadership roles in public and private sectors, and in start ups as well as large enterprises. Mark is highly communicative, people & relationship focused, and very passionate about using technology, creativity and collaborative approaches to improve the way businesses achieve their goals, while enrichening peoples lives.

Learn new behaviours and orient your mindset towards your continued success! Mark will equip you with insights into why something might not be working on the job so that you can grow and become your most successful self.

My mission? To help you find happiness and joy. Learning to adapt and learn is a key part of life coaching and therapy. It will help you find inner peace and self acceptance. Self fulfillment can only be found through self discovery. By exploring your true needs, desires, interests, and uniqueness, you will discover who you are. I believe we can all grow. I will show the way to success. Adversity can make us feel overwhelmed and helpless, especially when it comes to dealing with life's challenges. Working on yourself can sometimes seem overwhelming and scary. I am aware of how brave it is to take these first steps toward making positive changes to your life. We would love to be a part in your journey.
