I am here to motivate and inspire you but you are the creator of your life and through our coaching journey I will help you find the tools and confidence to discover and be able to get what you want in your life. Action is key! and making better goals will help you get there. As my client you will reach your full potential and create the life you have always dreamed about! I am warm and caring. Get the support you need at the critical moments when you need it the most. Change is hard. Road bumps and barriers are a given. I will be that person who reminds you of your strengths and helps you through those very crucial challenges where so many give up.
I love working with students and professionals and seeing individuals reach their full potential. Although, coaching may have it's ups and downs, just as life does, I think that coaching should be an enjoyable experience. I promise that we will have a great time and we will both look forward to all of your coaching sessions.

Stress, anger, anxiety, depression, insomnia, disordered eating, and substance use and other mental health challenges can be depleting and cause pain to the individual who is suffering from them. The experience of one of these problems can often snowball so that, over time, the individual may be struggling to manage several. I am an integrative health counsellor, coach, and therapist who works from a functional perspective to help clients understand the root causes of their suffering and to understand how problems in one area of their lives relate to difficulties in other areas. My goal is to support my clients to recover their health and a sense of well-being in all areas of their lives.
In order to optimally support my client’s, I trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre in Boston, Massachusetts; in Trauma at The Meadows Trauma Centre in Boston, Massachusetts; in Integrative Health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, New York; and in Neurofeedback at The ADD Centre in Toronto, Ontario. I have a Master’s in Education from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec; and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Psychology from Saybrook University in San Francisco, California. Additionally, I have taught at universities in both the United States and Canada. I recently moved to Toronto after 16 years in New York and she maintains both personal and professional contacts on both sides of the border.
In today's office and work environments, merit and hard work alone simply won't do. From steep competition to land your job and then keeping it - and excelling with purpose - the challenges are plenty; since everyone at your office is likely trying to do the exact same thing.
Management mentorship is therefore growing in popularity as a much needed function in our society. Having someone to relate to on similar experiences and to help be that sounding board to help you carve out a personal strategy. With topics that your friends and families may not have the relevant perspective on, or that you may not necessarily want to share with work colleagues or even your extended work networks.
Our team has been there before and have the experience and ingenuity to actually support and be there for you. Navigating difficult topics or trying to get buy-in for an idea at work? Struggling with putting together a presentation, or how to approach building a working group or committee? Are you transitioning from being an individual contributor to managing a team, or vice versa? We'll help you transition quickly and smoothly. We know this can be daunting! Learn new behaviours and orient your mindset towards your continued success! Our management mentors will equip you with insights into why something might not be working on the job so that you can grow and become your most successful self!
